While the overall look may be the same they differ in the followings ways....
A. Wang has more of a platform, and a thong cut in the front for the first toe to go through
A. Wang is real leather, note thats why it is not as shiny and artificial looking as 4evr 21's model

A.Wang also has a chain hanging from the back of shoe, also the cut of the heels are completly different
